How to order

Ordering from Steel Sapphire website

As with most online stores, you must be a registered with us to order from Steel Sapphire.

If this is your first time you will need to create a Steel Sapphire account using the “Create an account” link using your email address, password and address.   You will receive a confirmation email upon successfully creating your account.

Once signed in, you will be able to view the web pages, product range and add items to your shopping cart.  To complete your order click on "View Cart" then click on "Proceed to checkout".  Payment by Credit/Debit Visa or MasterCard will be packed by 11am Monday to Friday.  Payment by Bank Transfer/Debit will be packed once the funds are in our bank account.

You can determine if you would like to have the delivery as a “receipted delivery” (signed) or if the parcel can be left at your nominated address i.e. 'Leave at back door' or 'Leave behind the gate' etc. by entering those details in the "Order Instructions/Comments (Optional)" text box.

A confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address once the order is successful, with the order and payment confirmation plus your order status will show as “Awaiting fulfilment”.

When the order is ready to be shipped another email will be sent to you detailing the invoice and shipment tracking number, your order status will change to "Shipped"

Shipping times are generally 2-3 days within metro areas and 4-5 days for rural areas.
